Foundstone FPort

FPort is a free utility available from Foundstone, a division of McAfee, which you can use to identify unknown, open ports and their associated applications
An FPort scan reports all open TCP/IP and UDP ports and maps them to the owning application. Similar information can be gathered using the 'netstat -an' command, but FPort also maps the ports to running processes with the PID, process name and path.
